First of all, glad to inform you that the draft bye laws are ready for further action.
I wish to thank and appreciate the team for that.
Towards the next step.
A meeting comprising of the patrons, executive committee members and the district co ordinators will be held on the 14th of November 2015 at Sainik Rest House, kakkanad, Ernakulam. All are requested to be present by 11 am.
The agenda of the meeting are as under :-
1. Discussion on draft bye law.
2. Annual general body meeting.
3. Membership Drive.
4. Other points, as allowed by the chairman.
It will be our pleasure, if each of you give suggestions towards the probable future endeavors and areas of operation of AEC KC so that they can be included in the bye laws at the time of induction itself.
So keep posting your points here.
DC s and EC Members are requested to inform their ETA accordingly.
