The Rendezvous.
Sainik Rest house, Kakkanad, Ernakulam. It is almost 12 km from Ernakulam South (Jn) Railway station. Buses available from Kaloor bus stand and Vyttila Hub.
Civil Station Ernakulam is at Kakkanad. Our RV is 10 minutes walkable distance away from Civil Station.
Hotel Royal Residency is collocated with our RV. They are 20 metres apart from each other.
How to reach.
Catch your bus to Civil Station. Head towards Hotel Royal Residency. We will be there in the vicinity to greet you....
Reaching Ernakulam.
Both Janshatabdi expresses from Trivandrum and Kannur reach Ernakulam
by 1000h on the D day. If we schedule the event at 1100h, this train is convenient to all, except those from Kasaragode district. ( Delegates from this area are kindly requested to find a suitable alternative.
Want to go back home?
It is over to you. The official function will conclude by 1700h. Do arrange your return journey accordingly.

ReplyDeletedear rajee thnx a lot for the detailed info.as i am from a far off place(north malabar) i am unable to fetch that Jan Satabdi starting from kannur so early.i contacted a few AECians from this area and hav decided to assemble at Zilla Sainik welfare Guest room Kozhikode on 14th Aug at 2200h ie.the very previous night of our D day

a semi b4 final or a dress rehersal,u can call it any name....c'mon .....letz njoy the trip as a syndicate and reach RV afresh.......
